confused with new entrant

hi i went through the policy guidance in UKBA Just to find out whether i am new entrant or not, i'm switching from psw to tier 2 general,
it says in the guidance ''Graduates switching from Tier 4 into Tier 2 under the post-study provisions are new entrant.'i'm not in tier 4 anymore as i'm on psw now so do i go in experienced worker category???
plz help, im really confused.
