tier 2 renewal help

Hi All

I have a few questions and help will be very much appreciated

Firstly I had applied for my tier 2 in this country in June 2010, although they said as I am a PSW dependant I had to go back home and apply. I went back home and applied in OCT 2010, although they refused my application on silly grounds in Feb 2011, I appealed my case they refused again. I appealed with an informal email stating how the person checking my application has made a mistake and refused my application, In april 2011 they wrote back to me apologising for the error and to hand in the passport for the visa I got my visa stamped dated as feb 2011 and expiry oct 2013, I entered the country in May 2011 on a tier two visa.

now my renwal is due
these are my questions.
1) there is a column where it says on the form I don't need to give my English language skills if I did in my last application so do I have to or do I not
2) my employer is providing the COS and the maintance letter what else do I need to provide as the guidance letter of the ukba Is very confusing
3) and as I had applied back home can I renew my tier two in this country or do I need to go back.
and is there anything else I need to consider while making this application
lastly the biometric, will I be called in or do I ghave to do it at the post office

first of all read para 200 and onwards in the T2 policy guidance:

2. you don't need to provide anything for maintenance, see para 150 in the link above. Ask your sponsor to give you a printout of the CoS and check it for possible mistakes

3. you can apply from the UK on form http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... nform1.pdf
but note that there is a different form for priority applications (see link below)

you will get an invitation for biometrics and the HO will tell you what to do.

You will need to decide how you want to make your application: by post, by priority or at a PEO.

hi Guys,

I am also going through same phase of extention of tier2 visa in next 6 months and it will be really great help if you can help with.

I dont know is that, do my company need to generate another CoS or they can renew it or what? What am I supposed to show for extension? Or how can they get me renewed CoS , any criteria?
