Hi guys im new to this forum, i just wanna know that its been more than a year and still waiting for my decision to come, is there anybody else with the same status??

Applied in november 2012... got refusal in March 2013, appealed in July 2013, appeal allowed in August 2013 .... still waiting for documents.

So STILL WAITING!!!!

@kaka84,have u heard anything from HO since you sent your application,for example like HO asking for more documents or an invitation for interview ?? Because it seems we are in the same boat .

Guys if you have used solicitor for your application, ask them to send a complaint letter as this is what mine did and HO responded quick post which I got mine granted.

my solicitor called them so many time and they says its under process and then My M.P wrote a letter on behalf of myself and they said the same , i don't know what should i do know??????????

kokopop , i applied in October 2012 bio done in November then in march received a normal letter which i think mostly people received , and after that nothing yet............... i know 2 of my friends they apply with me at the same time and they are still waiting , so i think there r so many people waiting since last year.......

Ive given my bio last year in Sep, last time recieved one letter from HO, was saying that they gonna contact me in the next few weeks, but still nothing ..

Well,I was asked to,produce more documents February 2013,later called me for interview in May 2013,it's four months now ,I have not heard from HO. Why are they holding our documents for this long ???

i applied my T1 ENT in march 13 still waiting for biomatic , once submitted my bimatic still waiting for my two kids , now today they send me latter we need your bio again

I applied in Mar 2013 and refused application in April 2013. Appealed immediately and have a Hearing Date only in end of October'13!
Lets see what happens... the wait is frustrating.

I got refusal in mid march this year then i had hearing in july and got refused again this month and now i applied for upper tribunal. So waiting a response from upper tribunal. I dont know how long it will take to get back to me.
