Hi guys i,m creating this topic for timeline for EEA family permit and question and answer and discussion about it .

here is my time line

09/09/2013 Applied in Lahore Pakistan
09/09/2013 Application Forwarded to Islamabad bhc

still waiting for reply

I have been waiting for my reply nearly 6 weeks , also emailed the BHC but no reply yet. my timeline is as follows

Visa submitted : 31/10/2013
Visa forwarded to OC: 31/10/2013
Visa underprocess at BHC : 13/11/2013
still the same status... will update you by time.

Your application status Arrived at the Visa Section.

Your application status Visa decision ready for pick up by Applicant or Courier company.

but we don't now about the decision,we hope it is good decision.

hi malik1987 how are you doing i,m hope you ll get your EEA FP soon some time they take around 2 months.
mine EEA fp was refused after 3 months where did you apply from which city?

Its been now 8 weeks and stil the same status, I am hoping to get good news in the coming year.. inshaAllah ... I applied from Islamabad...

Hello All,

I highly appreciate your support here. I am applying from within the UK.

Application Sent 07/10
Biometrics submitted 26/10
COA Received 13/11 (dated 10/11)

My agent informed me he submitted a Return of Documents for on 07/10, another one on the 26/10 and I submitted another one today (18/11) together with a Return of Document - documents not arrived form today (18/11).

Any idea when I should expect my documents to arrive? Is it thue they your documents will not be sent back unless you submit the Return of Documents form?
