Referee for children

My child needs 1 referee as teacher or health visitor but nobody is ready to give their passport no as they do not feel comfortable giving it. Is there any other options for my child .

Have a look at List of acceptable professional persons. You can select someone else who knows you.

The professional referee does not need to put their passport number on the form!
