one of you who has an approval or if you are sure how it should be , could you copy+paste the text of "letter from employee" ?

I don't want to risk the texting or formatting errors and I want to make sure all the needed information is in text.

Guyz,

I gotta letter from employer, but it doesn't show each month instead it states the period e.g (Apr'06-Dec'06) and the total salary & tax deduction corresponding to this period.

I dont think theres any problem with that because it reconciles with my payslips as well.

Please advise???

You should supply your wage slips.If not the employer should verify your claim for not providing wage slips.For example at the end of letter it is mention that this company doesnt issue any wage slip

Hi,

U can get a letter stating how much u've earned for the period claiming and how much u are earning annually.....this will help u greatly cos the period u are claimin for will be higher especially if u've done alot of overtime and ur month's salary will be higher than that of just normal monthly salary.

In my letter, my former employer stated how much i earned for the period i was earning (which was higher than my annual salary...and was able to claim 45points) and how much i was earning annually (which wud have given me like 30points instead).
