Building inspection report

I live in a two bed privately rented property.
I am the sole occupant.
My council tax bill shows single person discount.
I have tenancy agreement.
Since i am living alone and clearly another occupant would not result in overcrowding do i still need to prove the number of bedrooms through an independent property inspection report?
