Help needed about company registration

Hi Friends,
I am preparing to apply as a team entrepreneur visa under 50K PSW route. I am trying to registration my company with CH. But confused about statement of capital? Anyone can help to about following information:
1. What Class of shares (Ordinary/Preference etc.)
2. How much Amount paid up on each share:
3. What is the Number of shares:
4. How much Aggregate nominal value:

Will be appreciated for helping out.

1. What Class of shares (Ordinary/Preference etc.) - ORDINARY
2. How much Amount paid up on each share: - £1
3. What is the Number of shares: 100 usually (less or more per your choice)
4. How much Aggregate nominal value: £100 = 1X 100 as above (2)*(3).

Google company formation agent there are a lot online service provider. Best is to contact an accountant.
