General Visitor to UK

I am currently in the UK on tier 2.
My sister in law will be applying for a general visitor visa, and i want to send her a letter saying that while she is here, she can stay at my place.
As per the guidnace, i need to send her copy of my passport, visa, and bank stament with a letter.
Just a quick question was that if i can email her all these things or the bank statements need to be original ??

ANy fruitul thought will be much appreciated.

visa photocopy
passport photocopy
address proof (original) like council tax
any utility bill (original)
letter of invitation
employer letter stating u r working soandso (original)
