10 Yrs Long residence to be abolished ?

Post by askmeplz82 » Tue Oct 01, 2013 8:47 am

according to an immigration advisor there is a provision in European law which would make it difficult to do away with the 14 year concession so they may have to bring it back

but they may abolish the 10 year lawful residence rule as this would not conflict with European law

that's cruel....
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

14 year rule has been replaced by 20 year rule before you start the route to settlement. What happened to your judicial review?
