Failed to submit TB test report

Hi Guys

Today, I made a big mistake with my Tier 2 (General) application.
I didn't attach my TB test report with my application.

What happens next?
Tried emailing VFS regarding this issue, Got a reply stating that no additional documents can be submitted after application made.

Will my application be refused?

Any help on this issue?

Firstly, how did VFS accept the application & documents without TB test report?

Normally VFS will ask to come back later with new appointment in case TB report is missing unless you can get the TB test done same day & produce the reports.

Actually the guy on the counter is new to the job and he was been assisted by someone next to him.

My next question is if my visa is refused, Can I use the same Cos no for another application with TB test report?

Will my cos be valid to reapply?
