6 Months Short-Term Family Visitor Visa Rules!

Dear All,

I would like to invite my mother on a family visitor visa, which is valid for 6 months only and allows single entry only as far as I understand! or if I'm incorrect is she allowed to make multiple entry into the UK on a 6 months short term family visitor visa within its 6 months validity???

I've also read on UKBA website that long term family visitor visa does allow Multiple entry into the UK but one should always consider applying 6 months short term famliy visitor visa before making an application of long term family visitor visa, as there are high chances of refusal!!!!

Could someone shed some light on 6 months family visitor visa multiple entry rules????

On UKBA website Fee Sections for visa categories including Short-Term Visitor Visa up to 6 months states Multiple entry as well!

Does it mean that UK also issue 6 Months Family Visitor Visa with Multiple entries???
