Re-Apply cases timeframe ...Same or Less

Hello guys,
Can someone share light on how time re-apply cases takes. Did they take same or less time as compare to fresh new cases. I have recently applied & got reference number same one that I got last year.

my first one rejected and ı have waited for 3 months.
In the second one (fresh one) I am accepted in 20 days

Rejection reason can be many.
Degree is not valid ( or higher education not accepted as per their (hsmp) standards)
Work experience is not sufficiently shown (reference letters etc not placed)
Higher expertise experience not sufficiently shown (Manager reference, industry recognition etc)
Caseworker not agreed with your quality of experience (Subjective issue)
Your significant achievements are not matching to their standards.
Less salary (adding emoluments that hsmp might not consider as part of gross salary) etc. It is long list…

I am interested in this topic as well. I sent a second application, which was received by HO on 25 June. Haven't heard anything yet.

Would be really interested in learning if there are any others out there who have sent a second application, and what their experience was. Also interested in hearing from anyone who might have sent an appeal.

Can you please share you experience in detail as my applicaiton has been rejected and I am also considering re-application.

Did you send all the documents back???
Did replace the salary slips with the more recent ones???
How long did it take them to process it???
Did they allocate a new application no or used the old one itself.

Need your response urgently. Please revert.
