eea 3 supporting documents?

Hi, I am in UK for almost 6 years..I have worked continuously in this period..I want to apply for permanent residence document.,but I dnt have resident proof because when we moved to our nwe house, I throw all my statements,phone bill etc..what should I do now..?

If you are from A8 country, did you register with WRS as it was required at the time?
