Dependent Visa Application on ICT Tier2 visa

Hi,i am in UK from 11th of September 2013 on ICT tier 2 visa and want to apply a dependent visa for my spouse who is in India.
I got married on 4th of September 2013.
Had some queries regarding this...

1) Can i show my Indian bank account statements or Fixed Deposits which are more than equivalent to 1500 pounds while applying for dependent visa for my spouse.Also will be showing my spouse's bank account statements showing the same.

2)Also my spouse has done Masters in physiotherapy from UK itself,So is she eligible to work here as physiotherapists for the period of 8 months which i am here.
