ONE ISSUE !!!!!!

Switching into the Entrepreneur route from Post Study Work

If you are switching into the Entrepreneur route from the Post Study Work route, you must provide evidence such as contracts and advertising to show you are already operating a business. You must also show that that the service your business offers relates to an occupation equivalent to level 4 or above of the National Qualification Framework (NQF).

SO MY QUESTION IS; IF SOMEONE IS NOT ALREADY OPERATING HIS/HER BUSINESS THEN?

@ haider.syed, trading basically doesn't mean your business should be turning big profits or making big transactions.

In HO context trading mean that you have put measures in place for your business to have start the necessary activities like, registering your business or as self-employ, registering with HMRC, opening a business bank account, doing adverts in form of website, flyers, business cards, getting business insurance, getting business office if necessary and signing contract with proposed clients (mind you that contract can start at anytime both party agreed).

All the above activities are not that expensive compare with the application fee, so its very important to have them in place before submitting application.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
