EC Queries please help

Hi Friends,

My HSMP is approved few days back, Can you please clarify me the following EC queries:

1) Section 1 - What type of VISA are you applying for
What should i answer for this question?
Tenure i have mentioned as 2 years

2) Section 5 - About your stay in the UK
Please guide me in answering these questions.

5.1 How long do you intend to stay in the UK?
5.3 Why ae you going to the UK?
5.4 Do you intend to set yourself up in business while you are in the UK?

3) Section 7 - Employment in the United Kingdom
seciton says that i need fill this if i am applying as a work permit holder.
Shoud i fill?

I need to submit as early as possible.
Please suggest me in filling the applicaiton form.

Hi Niruv,

Secton 1 - HSMP (2Years)
Section 5,1 - 2 Years
Section 5.3 - HSMP
Section 5.4 - NO

Section 7 - Yes (well i didnt fill in but when i wanted to submit mine, the submission guy checked my application and ticked yes for me).

Good luck.

Make sure u include all the original docs u submitted for ur initial HSMP with a letter from sponsor & bank statement showing enough funds and also prove of ur accommodation u'll be stayin wen u get to UK, this can be a letter from relatives/sponsor statin u'll be stayin with them.

Where did you apply from?

Do i need to submit current month pay slips stamped and signed?

I have a offer letter from UK employer. In that offer letter it is stated that one month initial stay will be provided in the company's guest house.
Do i still have to show the sponseship letter?

I am transfering funds into my bank account with in two days and then planning to go for EC. So will i need explain the source of funds.
Are Rs. 2.5 lacs funds sufficient? As i already have offer letter.
