Discretionary Leave Exceptionally Help

Post by yesuswept » Mon Oct 07, 2013 12:17 pm

Hi guys & gals,

I applied for ILR settlement under spouse category 3 years ago, I was refused due to the fact I didnt disclose a conviction on the application.

However I was granted discretionary leave exceptionally outside the immigration rules for a period of 3 years.

The 3 yeaers is up next month, now my question is what is the right application to use for extension.

I read about people using FLR (0) and DL form, I want to be sure what form is suitable for extension before applying for extensions.

Thanks
Yesus

FLR(O) for a further 3 years. However, if you had satisfied 2 years under spouse leave then you may be able to consider settling now on SET(M) subject to your criminality not being a bar.

With the FLR (0) application, It's seem i can take my application to the Home office for face 2 face to application is this right?

Also have been married for 5 years now, Would I be correct after reading so many thread that applying for SET M after being given discretionary leave outside immigration is a NO GO

You cannot apply via a PEO for DLR it is postal only.

Regarding SET(M), keep your eye on here (click)
