Hi Guys,

Can someone clarify me the following about Judicial review ? Firstly I applied from chennai and was refused of student visa saying that I'm not a genuine student since reasons given by me are not credible for changing my field of study. I applied for admin review but I don't think the decision would be taken with fairness. Since the decision taken by the ECM and they won't go against their own staff.

So can anyone tell how long I have to wait for the outcome of my admin review ?
Can I apply for judicial review once I get admin review's outcome ?
Do I need to deal with lawyers in india or in u.k for my judicial review ?
How long judicial review process will take to get outcome ?
