Procedure for adding spouse name in indian embassy edinburgh

Hi Can anyone please help me in letting me know what is the procedure for adding spouse name in passport and change of address. My wife is on a visit visa to UK and we recently got married in India and she is pregnant so wanted to add my name and address in her passport.

Do i need to fill an online application and where do i get an appointment?
