oci dispateched but not recieved yet

hi guys anyone know how many days take for oci reach to local consulate

my oci aprv 23 sep
desp frm new delhi 24 sep
recieved by local consulate ( sydney) --- not yet

can any one tell me is it normal ?
anyone facing a same prob??

Hi Brij,

When did you get your OCI?

I am in a similar situation. Dispatched at ND on 23-Nov-13, but not received to date at Sydney. I have booked tickets on 15-Dec-13.
