Tier 2(G) Renewal - Earliest date to apply?

Hi all,

My Tier 2(G) expires in January and I was hoping to get it renewed before the Christmas break. I searched the forums and read the policy guide but couldn't find any information on what's the earliest date I can apply for a renewal with a new CoS.

All I could find is that I have to apply within 90 days of getting the CoS.

Any help will be much appreciated.
