Husband here on Fiance visa - next FLR

Post by Row » Mon Apr 09, 2007 8:09 pm

Hey there,

I am a UK citizen and my husband (we got married last week in UK) is here on a fiance visa.
What are the next steps? FLR
Does anyone have any experience of this process and advice as far as required or extra documents to provide. We dont want to have any problems.
Also not sure what is most advisable as far as applying in person or via post.
Please let me know
 a little confused

Search the site and browse the IND website or BIA or whatever it's called now.

It's form FLR(M) download it off the IND website along with the guidance notes and pay up. 385 quid I think, or 750 in person.
