Leaves Document from Employer-ILR

Hi,
As part of the ILR application we need to show evidence of every annual and business trip that we had while part of a company. I changed my job 5 months back where i was working for 2 years. While leaving the job I took a letter from employer stating all the Annual and Business travel days on company letter head , stamped and signed by HR and also relieving letter . I will be applying for ILR in one year time and I am planning to produce these letters that time.

The Problem is by one year from now this letter will not be a recent letter and will be 1.5 months old. Please let me know if that will be an issue ?
Does UKBA expects to see a recent letter from old employers ?
From a company prospective it makes sense to issue a letter while a person is leaving rather then when the person does ILR. Please help to clarify.
