Enterpreneur visa refusal and hearing

Post by Annawilli » Fri Oct 18, 2013 4:28 pm

Hi all
I have applied for tier 1 enterpreneur visa and rejected due to
1. My name is not mentioned in advertisement, although it contain all details like address, business name, address
2. My name is not mentioned on contract, although i had signed the contract.
Now i have hearing on monday. I am going myself for hearing. No lawyer.

Please help me how i justify my points
Many thanks

It was better if you had someone arguing on your behalf although such cases require a strong arguments based representation however if you believe in you can do a barrister would I admire your endeavors.

prepare and practice yourself as to what and how to say if name missing in both advertisement and contract.

wish you a very best of luck with your hearing...

thanks...

@ Annawilli, you should focus your argument on ''Evidential flexibility''.
If your business have started trading, then this will help your case as you can also argue on the fact that you are a genuine entrepreneur.

Wish you the best of luck and don't forget to update the forum members on your case as we can learn from it.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
