Sample letter from Employer for ILR application

Post by jayj » Tue Apr 10, 2007 10:21 am

Hi there , it would be appreciated if you could let me know what needs to be put in the letter from Employer when applying for ILR ? does it need to state that the you are still needed in the company? Does it need to have your start dates ? Does it need your salary details?
A sample letter would be great.

Is there any format or compulsory details to have in the letter?

Many thanks

are you applying for ILR based on WP? if so... the letter needs to state that you're employed by them, and that your employment is continueing.

see SET(O) guidance notes for more info.

Sample letter. Just replace with your details etc. Used with problems at all. Short and to the point.
