Tier 4 (Student) visa application with spouse and child

Hello All,

Wondering if anyone can help or guide us to answer our questions below:

1. Applying for Tier 4 (student) with family i.e. spouse and child.

Q. Do I need to submit or show any evidence for accommodation? It would be really illogical for UKBA to ask for accommodation evidence unless we have been granted visa in the first instance.

Q. If we have to show accommodation then do we need to show short term or long term evidence?

Q. How does the UKBA assess our situation and application, as we are showing the required funds to cover all our cost etc.

Any help would be much appreciated.
