Nope, no way.sam11 wrote:Hello all
This is my first post so bare with me.
I would like to know if my fiance who is Australian can come to uk on a fiance visa, if we have never meet, i have every other condition covered.
We have spoken to each other over the phone (phone cards) and over the internet for god knows how long, but we've never met.
Is there no way of getting round this.
....oh and does age have any effect on the procedure, im 21 and shes 18
All help will be appreciated.

I dont think that its crazy to get married to someone after having spend a lot of talking just because they have not met. I have a lot of friends especially from the Indian subcontinent who have been happily married for decades and some who still get married after just meeting over the internet or talking by phone and taking time off to head back to Pakistan or Indian for the ceremony. There are also cases in which the couples divorce after getting married after years of co-habitation.sakura wrote:You might not be a deranged psycho, and she might be cool also, but flying literally to the other side of the world to meet someone you have never met but that you consider to be your fiance(e), just sounds crazy.
