HSMP without Original Birth certificate ?

Dear friends,
Has anyone got HSMP without the original birth certificate as the age proof ?
I do not have that but i have 10+ certificate which states my date of birth.
Will that do ?

Hi,

You can send the Driving licence as proof of age.
Additionally you can send Notarised passport copy showing your DoB.

That should be alright...

Send your 2/4 wheeler driving license.
