Need Urgent Help !! European Marriage case.

Post by alpha2013 » Tue Oct 29, 2013 11:34 am

Hi everyone, :)
I would be very thank full if someone can answer some of my questions which are as follows :

Is it possible for NON-EU member to get married with someone who is holding European permanent residence card but does not got the passport yet.?? If yes will he also get the rights of work in europe or just the stay ?? :?:

2ndly Is it possible for European permanent residence card holder to live and work in uk ?? If Yes! then can they submit marriage case in UK instead of submitting the marriage case in europe....???

Early Replies would be highly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance :)

My understanding is that the partner of the non-EU perment resident would fall under the national immigration rules of the relevant State where the person is living. Others who know otherwise should feel free to correct me.
