Form EU1 still waiting ...

My wife finally joined me at September 10 (3 months join spouse Visa), at September 17 we send away the EU1 form. Since then no word from them :(

They are not answering to our emails, and they still haven't return our passports and documentation.

My wife have only 6 weeks left on the Visa.

What will happen when 3 months visa will expired, and the EU1 form will not be return to us?

Don't worry the department take about 4 weeks to return ur passports and issue u a temporary stamp 4 for six months. so check ur post for the next two weeks.

We received our documents back after 5 weeks, letter of acknowledgement, date stating by when decision will be made and request for proof of address for both of us ( we provide them with separate one but it seems not to be sufficient) but not mention to go to receive temporary stamp 4.

was this in Dublin? or other city?

It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get everything back. Nothing to worry about they will get back to you shortly.

you can write them explain them the situation they will issue you temporary stamp 4 for 6 months good luck
