hi my question is iv got 3 points for sp30 speeding in 2007 which is remove from my licence
now iv got 3 points for cu180 using mobil pone in car these points will complet their 3 yers in next yer but my question is will these points affct to my AN application please advice

Joanna2014,

You will have to wait 3 years from the date of the offence. It is not classed as a minor offence.

Make sure you do not get any more tickets so that you can complete the migration journey.
