Switching from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 General DEPENDENT

Post by ITProjMgr » Sat Nov 02, 2013 12:02 am

Hi,

I am currently working on tier-2 ICT visa. My wife works on tier-2 general visa.

1) Can I switch as my wife's dependent without leaving my current job or informing my employer?
2) Can I do this while we are in UK or do I need to go back to India and then apply for dependent visa?
3) What sort of documents are required for this?

Thanks.

1. Yes, if you make an in-time valid application.
2. In the UK is possible.
3. See Form and guidance.
