ILR TAX certificates

Post by myipatel » Mon Nov 04, 2013 11:27 am

Hi there,

I am on a 5 year work permit and am close to applying for ILR under part 5 of the immigration rules.

I had a query, and would be greatful someone could guide me.

How many past tax certificates do we need to submit for ILR application. I personally have around last 5 year but in 2010-11 the P60 that was issued was a photocopy. My employer had said then that it was due to some issue with HMRC during that year. They werent issuing originals.

rest all years I have originals.

please help!!!!

regards

P60s are generated by employers and provided to employees and must be done in original (or soft-copy) by 31 May. It has nothing to do with HMRC.
