ILR Esol equivalent to post graduate diploma OSPAP

PgDip OSPAP (post graduation diploma overseas pharmacist assessment programme)

Hi all ,
I would appreciate if someone could help me.

I have a Pharm. D (doctor of pharmacy) degree from Pakistan,on the basis of which I applied for uni here in the UK and then completed a 1 year programme (PgDip OSPAP)
I would like to know do I still need Esol? Does my PgDip from a university in UK fulfill the English language requirement?

Additionally,will a verification of my degree from NARIC render me exempt from ESOL?

try http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator if the calculator gives you 10 points for English on your course so you ok, if not so you need an English test
