Urgent Help needed -HSMP for Romanians and Bulgarians

Hi,

I am a Bulgarian national who intends to apply for HSMP for UK. I looked through the website with the forms but still cannot figure it out. If someone can clarify these issues for me, it will be great:

1) Seems to me there is a separate form for Bul & Rom nationals that want to apply for HSMP (BR2) form. What confuses me is they want an UK address and seems they want the passport sent to them also. Now, I am out of the country, do not have an UK address. The general HSMP form does not require such things so you can apply from abroad.

2) Where can I find the country codes for the earnings? It is said they are in the guidance but they are not there?

yes, you need BR2 form. A few of us(romanians) already applied.

For BR2 they accept out of country application, but you need to send passport.
