UK born baby - WP dependent visa stamp

Hi Friends,

I am in UK on WP and my visa is valid until 2011, My daughter was born after i got my Visa stamped, I have got her Indian passport , now my question is

waht is the procedure to get her visa stamped and which form to fiull up and send for her VISA/Leave to Remain?

What all documents that I need to carry for her VISA?

Any suggestions...... please advise me ASAP.
