Hi

My wife joined me on july 2010 as tier 1 depndent.We both can apply for ILR on may 2014.

How long can be my wife away from uk.She has gone to india on october 2013,plan was to stay for 2 months but due to some medical condition she has to stay for another 3 months.Will this affect her ILR appication.

I think that she should be okay, if she has already spent at least two years in the UK with you. You should also show subsisting marriage throughout.

She lived continously from july 2010 to october 2013 with out leaving uk,i hope this should be fine
