English Language examination confusion

I will be applying for my Citizenship in January with my wife. I have first degree which I can present for the English language requirement.

My concern is my wife, although she can speak and write English fluently. she is not a university graduate. Please which examination can she take from the list? I'm considering the Trinity college examination but we don't know which one to take.

Kindly help.
