Uk visa revoked. Can I reapply?

I obtained a travelling visa to visit the Notting hill carnival which I was unable to attend due to my tight schedule. I later decided to visit the Uk 2 weeks after due to the fact that my visa was still valid. On getting to the airport i was stopped by an immigration officer that i had a change in circumstances that my hotel reservation date did not tally with the date on my return ticket. I was sent back to the embassey and interviewed for another days and a decision was made and i was revoked. Can i reapply again after 1 year?

I think you can re-apply. As long as you were not banned for a specific period. But you need to package your application well because you've got yourself an immigration history.
