High need of admission (Masters degree Top-up)

I am looking for a college who offers any Masters ( top-up ) program and where the cas will be issued by university.if anyone knows any college with affordable fee plz inbox me or can reply on main.

A private college can be a tuition provider/partner/affiliate of university, therefore, wherever a student will attend the class/get tuition will have to issue CAS and perform sponsorship duties.
