UK Joint Bank Account

Post by Estrellas » Tue Nov 19, 2013 4:39 pm

My partner and I are in the process of getting all documents ready to apply for fiancee visa next year. We want to know if it is possible to obtain a joint bank account prior to submitting the application as further proof of our relationship?

From what I have read to date both parties need to be a resident in the UK, my partner is not living here permanently only on a visitor visa before going back to complete the fiancee visa.

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

You don't need to do this; it will make absolutely no difference to the outcome of the application.
