Tier 1 general dependant outside uk

HI

I want to apply for dependant visa from sri lanka for my wife.

According to the new rules what documents need to submit?

1. maintenance fund - is it possible to show by me from uk or must need to show by my wife?

2.accomadation -tenancy agreement or any utility bills needed?

3. wht other list of documents needed?

can anybody help me?

Is she applying the as your spouse? What is your status?

Yes spouse visa.

i am in tier 1 general .

I can proof enough fund in my personal account for more than 3 months.

If you aren't working, you may have to show £64000 for atleast 6 months prior to the application date.

if you are employed/Self employed then you can use this calculator to figure out how much money would you need in you account.

Just overtype the Gross Annual Salary and hit the return key

Damanisshallo a PBS dep would not be subject to Annex FM. Rather, see the PBS dep Guidance under maintenance requirement.

- maitenance funds can be shown by main applicant me who in tier 1 general in uk. no need to show any bank statements by my wife?

-all my documents are in my previous address until now. i am planning to moving house next month with new tenancy in december.at the same time i am planning to apply PBS dependant visa for my wife in sri lanka.
is it problem for the documents i am submitting.how i can mention this in the covering letter.?

because now i am living in room for rent.
so i try to show accomadation for my wife also.

any ideas?

accomadation - i am living in room last 3 years. now i am planning to get my wife . so i am moving double bedroom house.my all statements in previous address.

i am planning to apply PBS dependant visa in sri lanka in jan 2014.
i am moving home from 1 dec 2013. which address need to be used? what things i want to mention in the covering letter.?

all my documents area unit in my previous address thus far. i'm getting to moving house next month with new residency in Dec.at a similar time i'm getting to apply PBS dependant visa for my mate in Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.is it drawback for the documents i'm submitting.how i will mention this within the cover letter.?
