Change of Registered Office

Hi All please advise me my visa is under waiting, I have won my appeal on 7th october and waiting for the UKBA to send my VISA. I have changed my company's registered address (AD01) code. Is it going to be any problem, do I have to send my company change of address to UKBA. Please give me advise,

P.S i have not filed my company tax returns as its been just over an year and i have done trading for a while but did not continue further as i was waiting for my visa to come through.
