Verification call to employer.

Post by Reshma » Fri Apr 20, 2007 9:05 pm

Hello,

Many people have mentioned that their employer/colleque didnot get any verification call/mail from HSMP.
If you have applied for HSMP in the year 2007, did your 'verifier' has received a call/mail like that.

I gave the proper HR executives name and contact details.
But to my extreme bad luck, That HR has left the company immediately after I sent my application.
No idea what to do now.
If they try sending an email to that address, it will bounce.
Can anyone help me on this?

Please respond in the poll too.

Thanks
Reshma

Hi

They didn't verify with my past or present employer. By the way did you get any update on your application, I have applied same day as you i.e. 28/03/07 and last night they responded to my email saying that they cannot advise the decision through an email, infact I just enquired about my status of application. I am assuming that a decision is made on my app and they have posted through Royal mail.

Thanks

Hello Musafir,

You didn't send any urgent treatment form. Right?
I have not received any mail till now.
I will call them and check on Monday morning.

Thanks for the info.
Is this Royal mail reliable? Will the documents reach us safely?

No, I haven't sent any urgent treatment form.

I don't trust Royal Mail, I have come across many posts where the applicants either lost their documents or received very late. Also , there is no tracking system and HSMP wouldn't take any responsibility.

Calling them!!! I have tried yesterday, waited for 32 mins no response, just hung up the phone....pretty inefficient people.

cheers

@Musafir.
My brother whose application reached on 28th of March (same as yours) got the approval. His documents are back safe in royal mail. He got the documents on 21st of April. But I am still waiting for mine.

Hi others,
Please do let me know about the verification call from HSMP.
Please participate in the poll or reply to this thread. please please....
