I'd say probability could be:

((3.14 x LogA)^(1/B)) + (tanC)

Where
A = number of days from the last waxing moon
B = number of cows you've seen in the last 28 days in person
C = degrees of disorientation of the EC processing person's front 2 teeth

Sorry, just having some fun with that one. I havent a clue. And I'm really not too sure an answer to your question can be easily quantified.

In theory, its 100% if you provided all the documentation from your HSMP application, as well as enough evidence to show you can support yourself. Maybe the question to ask is of those who didnt get EC despite having their HSMP approved, what went wrong?

I think it was around 93 Percent last year.
It should be more than that this year because of strict rules for Approval itself.

Chances are very good especially if u can prove u have enough funds & accommodation in the UK when u make ur application even if u are goin to use a sponsors letter/bank statement & that he/she will accomodate u.

Is it a good decision to give notice in the current company after getting the hsmp approval (and before the EC)?
Can I make sure the EC will be cleared if I have an offer letter from Uk as well as I can show good savings.

Should the savings should on the candidate's name itself or can it be in the name of parents/spouse?
