Query from HO Regarding FLR (M)

Dear Friends i really need your urgent help. I got a letter from HO and need to reply before 3rd Dec 2013.

I will try to keep it simple. First little history regarding the case.

My wife got her Tier 1 dependent visa on 19th Dec 2011 and came to UK on 19th Jan 2012. I applied for Long residency on 8 Sept 2013 and send my wife FLR(M) application as her visa expired along with me.

Yesterday got a letter from HO. Asking few more things.

1. Most recent Council tax Bill. ( All of my bills are paid by the Landlady Nothing is on my name. I already sent cohabitation documents)

2. Further documentary evidence from 02 Jan 2011 to 19th November 2013 for my wife and myself. ( My wife came in on 19th jan 2012 so how come i provide documents from 2 jan 2011 ) .

3. Evidence of English Language Certificate. ( Waiting for the result for a long time and i have asked for a duplicate as original seem to be lost, don't know will i receive the result before 3 December)

Did u get any response for ur ILR application ?
If not ... wonder how they start processing flrm application
Did u ask H.O to uphold ur dependant application untill ur ilr appliation get processed ,
About ur question u dont have to show proof from exact dates , just spread it equally for 2 year , its obvious that if someone enter into uk today can't get any correspondence from same date

No i did not get any reply regarding my case. Ya i asked them to uphold the flr(M) application until ilr get processed but i dont know why they have already started work on the flr(M) application.

Second important thing is my wife hasn't completed her two years stay in UK yet and entered UK on 19th Jan 2012 but HO asking proof of address from 2nd jan 2011 which i will not be able to provide. They are asking for details when we were not even married.
