Biometric enrolment deadline

Hello everyone,
I have received my biometric enrolment letter delay, may be postal or HO reasons. on the letter date is 5 November but I have received 22 November 2013. Im confused what should I do? Can anyone advice me:

1. Time line for biometric enrolment is 15 working so excludes weekend my last date for enrolment is 25 Nov

2. if includes weekend then 19 Nov which has already passed?

Should I call on 0870 606 7766 or
email: AppointmentExceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
Im waiting for quick advice from senior and experienced member please

dont worry abt it..just go and enroll for biometric.....
