Tier 2 Short Term ICT to extending stay using form FLR(M)

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 ICT short term visa valid till Feb 2014. My husband is a UK citizen.

Can I apply under the category - extending your stay using form FLR(M) ie switching from Tier 2 ICT to Spouse Visa? Can I apply within UK?

Please help.
