Applied for FLR

3rd April ; Payment by Check.

Payment Clearenace Date :- 12th April.

Got Stamped Passports and Documents back :- 21st April. ( 4 yrs Extension )

Docs Included :-

P-60
10 months pay slips
bank statements
reference letter from employer
IELTS Cert Band 7.5
Marriage Cert.
Child Birth Cert.

No Tension till 2011 now

Hi sjgul,

Which postal address did you send the application for FLR(HSMP)? The application HSMP says that it should be sent to Sheffield, the guide says that it should be sent to Durham. Which one is correct?

As far as i remember , I sent it to the address mentioned in the GuideLines booklet.

Durham address (for courier) is valid since I sent the documents to them and got a letter confirming the payment.

But the staff of the HSMP team told me to send to Sheffield address (the address stated on the application form).
